The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program and a strong clinical background in psychiatric care. They will be responsible for providing individual, group, and family therapy to patients with a variety of mental health needs.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be committed to social justice and equity, and will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing individual, group, and family therapy to patients with mental health needs
- Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Assessing patient needs and progress
- Prescribing medication to patients with mental health conditions
- Providing consultation and education to other healthcare providers about mental health conditions
- Participating in research and clinical trials related to mental health
