Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining high-performance relationships with our clients, driving mutual success, and promoting our products and values.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create, build, and nurture long-term relationships with assigned accounts, acting as a brand ambassador for Pacific Smoke International.
  2. Consistently achieve sales quotas while ensuring high levels of client engagement and satisfaction.
  3. Respond to client inquiries, identify new business opportunities, and grow existing customer relationships.
  4. Manage communications between customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  5. Develop a thorough understanding of account needs, adapting to changes in client requirements.
  6. Negotiate contracts with clients and establish performance timelines.
  7. Prepare and present reports on account objectives and progress to team members and stakeholders.
  8. Analyze client data to enhance relationship management and improve client outcomes.
  9. Forecast and track account metrics to ensure continued growth and performance.
  10. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new opportunities within the territory.
Requirements
  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Proven success in nurturing long-term client relationships.
  3. Active listening and negotiation skills.
  4. Tactical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  6. 3+ years of Account Management experience.
  7. Strong business acumen, particularly in the retail sector.
  8. Experience in a competitive product category or market is preferred.
