Manufacturing Technical Specialist

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide technical guidance to ensure quality and safety in manufacturing processes.
- Apply lean techniques to improve operational efficiency and achieve organizational goals.
- Oversight of equipment maintenance and performance documentation.
- Support capital acquisition planning and budgeting.
- Plan, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing operations for circuit cards, mechanical, and electro-optical assemblies.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in electric or mechanical engineering assembly.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify and escalate issues.
- Familiarity with IPC J-Standard and NASA Standards.
- Knowledge of CAD and working with 3D models.
