Responsibilities- Administer medications under the supervision of licensed registered or practical nurses, following established policies and procedures.
- Treat clients with dignity and respect, providing excellent care and support.
- Monitor clients for potential adverse reactions to medications and report concerns to supervising nurses.
- Document all medications administered on the Medication Administration Record, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification in Tennessee for a minimum of one year required.
- Successful completion of a Board of Nursing-approved Certified Medication Technician program required.
- Valid Tennessee driver's license required.
- CPR certification required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
