Medication Administration Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Medication Technician to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will administer medications to clients under the supervision of a licensed nurse and provide exceptional customer service.
About the Role: This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ordering medications and supplies as needed, and ensuring confidentiality at all times. We offer a competitive salary of $52,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications to clients under the supervision of a licensed nurse
- Monitor clients for potential adverse reactions and report concerns to the supervising nurse
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication records
- Order medications and supplies as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain confidentiality at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification in Tennessee for a minimum of one year
- Completion of a Board of Nursing-approved Certified Medication Technician program
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- CPR certification
