Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Adjunct Instructor to lead and assess students in the field of Patient Care Technology. This role is crucial in shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver instruction and assess student performance in your specialized area.
  • Stay current with educational technology and effectively integrate it into the learning environment.
  • Monitor student attendance and provide timely feedback on assignments.
  • Participate in faculty meetings and professional development sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with all institutional policies and procedures.
  • Engage in graduation events and ceremonies.

Additionally, you may be required to undertake other responsibilities or contribute to special initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

A diploma is required, along with a valid nursing license in the state of Tennessee. Candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of three years of nursing experience.
  • Experience in adult education, supervision of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), or completion of a Train-the-Trainer (TTT) course.
