Educational Requirements:
Personal experience as a caregiver for a youth facing substance use or mental health challenges is essential. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates must obtain Family Support Provider certification within six months of employment and secure NPI and Medicaid billing numbers within 90 days of employment.
