About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Technician to join our team at DaVita. As a Dialysis Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including hemodialysis treatment and monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment.
  • Perform various duties, such as testing water for chlorine, checking tools, and setting up hemodialysis machines.
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, providing education and support on kidney dialysis-related topics.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Comfortable working around blood and needles.
  • Ability to lift minimum of 5 pounds to a maximum of 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Flexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
