About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HIPP Enrollment Coordinator to join our team at Jobot. As a HIPP Enrollment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that eligible hospital patients are enrolled in the Third Party Health Insurance Premium Payment Program (HIPP) at our Hospital partner in Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, key hospital personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless enrollment process.
  • Create a positive patient experience by clearly presenting program requirements and serving as a patient advocate.
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure accurate and timely enrollment of patients.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to help them understand the HIPP program and its benefits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, Education, or Psychology preferred and Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least five years of internal patient-related, hospital experience.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and a can-do attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated history of success in sales and healthcare is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to speak English as well as Spanish is preferred, with fluency in Spanish being a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work onsite most days and have an adaptive schedule to accommodate patients.
  • Must pass hospital credentialing, including all vaccines and drug & alcohol testing.
  • Experience with Medicaid is preferred.
