Technical Training Manager, Americas

Microsoft Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Technical Training Manager to lead our Americas team in delivering high-impact technical training programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of trainers to deliver technical training programs with a focus on cloud, AI, security, and migrations.
- Develop and implement training strategies to meet business needs and learner goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective knowledge transfer.
- Oversee the development and delivery of training content, including lectures, discussions, labs, and simulations.
- Evaluate training program effectiveness and learning retention to ensure alignment with learner goals.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or education.
- 8+ years of experience in training, education, or information technology, with a focus on cloud systems, datacenter environments, server environments, or computer technologies.
- 5+ years of experience in people management.
- Preferred qualifications include Azure certifications, Microsoft 365 certifications, or equivalent experience.
