Experienced Tile Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced tile sales specialist to join our team at The Tile Shop. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on tile selection and installation to customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals
- Sell tile and related products to meet or exceed sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on new product launches and industry trends to ensure maximum knowledge and expertise
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Excellent product knowledge and understanding of tile installation and use
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
The estimated salary for this role is between $45,000 and $75,000 per year, based on performance and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical benefits, health savings account, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and employee discount.
