**Job Description**

This is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Customer Growth Specialist. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and optimize product visibility across our retail channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies and analyze market trends and sales data to inform merchandising decisions.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotional activities
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to inform merchandising decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of merchandising strategies
  • Oversee demand planning and inventory management to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory

**Education & Experience**

  • Bachelor's degree; required
  • 15+ years of experience in channel management, brand management, insights, or sales, preferably with retail/mass channel experience
  • Extensive US retail customer knowledge
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence key players within an organization
  • Ability to calculate, manage risk, and effectively manage change

**Salary**

Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
