Truss Fabrication Specialist

We are excited to announce an opening for a Truss Fabrication Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals eager to develop their skills in a supportive and dynamic manufacturing environment. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:- Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 pounds
- Work effectively both in a team setting and independently
- Flexibility to work overtime as required
- Must have a hammer of 22 oz or larger
- Experience in high-energy work settings is beneficial
- Proficient math skills
- Familiarity with basic hand tools, including saws and hammers
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
In this position, you will be tasked with the assembly of high-quality roof and floor trusses for both commercial and residential applications. The ideal candidate will be dependable, quick to adapt, and capable of following detailed instructions. Working hours may range from 8 to 10 hours per shift.
