About the RoleAs a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our Inpatient Medical Surgical unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing high-quality care and support to individuals and families in need. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each patient receives the best possible care and outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and providing wound care.
- Assist with implementation and administration of the nursing process relative to the medical and nursing plan of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in bedside shift report, safety huddles, and multidisciplinary patient rounds to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current LPN license in the state of Kansas.
- At least 6 months of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a hospital setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
