The Role You'll Contribute:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing nursing care for patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The LPN assists with implementing and administering the nursing process relative to the medical and nursing plan of care.

- Implement a plan of care determined by the Registered Nurse and collaborate to revise the plan as the patient progresses.

- Participate in bedside shift report, safety huddles, and multidisciplinary patient rounds.
