Nurse Care Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional care to our residents at Plaza West Healthcare & Rehab Center. As a LPN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care in accordance with our policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance the clinical care and quality of life of our residents
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician
- Conduct daily checks to ensure prescribed treatment is being properly administered
- Keep the RN Supervisor informed about resident status and related matters
- Implement recommended changes as directed by the RN Supervisor or Director of Nurses
Requirements:
- Certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- A caring and loving personality and demeanor
- Leadership and mentorship skills
- Ability to work scheduled shifts
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
