Join Our Team as a Spanish-speaking Psychotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Spanish-speaking Psychotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team at LGTC Group. As a leading provider of mental health services in the Bay Area, we are committed to delivering comprehensive care options to our clients while providing exceptional practice opportunities to passionate mental health professionals like you.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions for clients with eating disorders.
  • Assess clients' mental health and develop evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records while prioritizing client confidentiality.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the growth and development of the group.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
  • Associate Therapist (AMFT, ACSW) or State licensure as a Psychotherapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
  • Spanish is a must.
  • California licensure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development and growth.
