Key Responsibilities:

The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for efficiently processing guest check-ins and check-outs to enhance customer satisfaction.


  • Conduct all front desk operations related to guest arrivals and departures in accordance with established protocols; manage cash handling and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and courteously; resolve issues or escalate as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage reservations, including pre-registration, blocking, and same-day bookings, while adhering to hotel pricing structures and policies.
  • Complete required logs and reports as directed by management.
  • Facilitate alternative accommodations for guests when necessary, following established procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Solid understanding of company policies, procedures, and services; general knowledge of hotel operations.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency with front desk management systems.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Adherence to corporate standards and procedures.

Work Environment:
  • This position operates in a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers and telephones.
  • This is a full-time role, with potential for occasional overtime.
  • Work hours and days may vary, and the position is primarily indoors.
