Compensation: $16-18 per hour

Availability Requirements: Monday/Wednesday 7:00am-4:30pm, Tuesday/Thursday 9:00am-7:00pm, Friday 7:00am-4:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

This essential role encompasses various front desk functions, including delivering exceptional customer service, managing patient check-ins and check-outs, scheduling appointments, handling referrals, verifying insurance, obtaining authorizations, and collecting payments.

  • Warmly greet and assist patients upon arrival.
  • Ensure accurate check-in and check-out processes in accordance with company policies.
  • Respond to phone inquiries and direct calls appropriately.
  • Efficiently register patients and maintain their records in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
  • Schedule appointments for both new and returning patients.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks, including preparing patient documentation, verifying insurance, and processing payments.
  • Complete opening and closing procedures as well as other assigned tasks.
  • Exhibit outstanding customer service while adhering to HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic office skills (telephone, filing, data entry) along with fundamental math skills.
  • Exceptional telephone manners and a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Availability for Full-Time work is essential.
