Regional Parts Operations Manager

Overview
Heritage Group Ventures is committed to providing innovative solutions within the heavy-duty work truck sector. As we expand our Electric Vehicle (EV) technology, we are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Achieve or surpass all designated Regional Business Goals, Annual Parts Sales Targets, Dealer Training Objectives, and Parts Growth Initiatives.
2. Utilize reporting tools effectively and collaborate with dealers to pinpoint areas for enhancement, benchmarking against industry-standard KPIs.
3. Schedule and execute productive dealer visits to ensure optimal parts support, emphasizing sales growth and addressing any product support gaps.
4. Proactively assess local market product demand and assist in the creation of revenue-generating parts programs.
5. Deliver measurable outcomes, conduct follow-up visits, and provide market insights to your Regional Parts Manager.
6. Complete all required documentation, including Expense Reports, Call Reports, Price Concession Requests, and Special Projects in accordance with company policies.
7. Respond to all communications promptly.
Dealer Training and Development
1. Facilitate and coordinate Parts Training for Dealer Parts personnel, including both one-on-one and classroom settings.
2. Training should encompass the Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC), Parts Policies/Procedures, and other business growth initiatives.
3. Act as a business consultant to assist dealers in enhancing their parts sales through training, program development, implementation, assessment, and improvement actions as necessary.
4. Utilize quantitative tools to recognize high-performing dealers and support the improvement of underperforming dealers.
Organizational Collaboration
1. Cultivate relationships with other Heritage Group Ventures counterparts to effectively support the overall ownership experience and align with company objectives.
2. Schedule joint dealer visits with other team members.
Parts Marketing and Business Development
1. Develop localized marketing strategies with dealers to promote all available parts offerings.
2. Analyze local market data to gather intelligence on competitive activities, product offerings, pricing, and delivery challenges.
3. Engage in ongoing sales initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and formulate competitive strategies.
4. Maintain familiarity with end users and truck dealer networks within your area of responsibility.
5. Monitor potential local dealer prospects and communicate them to your Regional Parts Manager.
6. Share best practices with your Parts Team and throughout the dealer network.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
2. This role adheres to the Heritage Group Ventures Environmental Health and Safety Program, emphasizing the importance of safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
3. The individual will prioritize the prevention of injuries, accidents, or illnesses by addressing or reporting unsafe conditions to their supervisor immediately.
