Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Car Wash Assistant Manager to join our team at Mammoth Holdings LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of car wash technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the highest level of quality in our wash processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of skilled car wash technicians to ensure that every vehicle receives the highest level of care and attention.
  • Develop and implement new wash procedures and techniques to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure peak efficiency in our wash operations.
  • Manage inventory of wash supplies and ensure proper stocking and utilization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and implement customer service policies to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Manage finances and budget to ensure profitability.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of management experience with staff management of 4 or more employees.
  • Passion for cars and car washing.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Experience in the car wash industry is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
  • Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills a plus.
  • Proficiency in basic accounting principles.
  • Ability to work outdoors and in wet conditions.
  • General knowledge of employment laws and human resource policies and programs.
