The Racking Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the activities of Service Technicians during the provision of racking and tubing services. This role reports directly to the District Manager.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Leading the crew effectively.

- Ensuring that all necessary tools, equipment, and spare parts are loaded and available on the vehicle.
- Conducting repairs and maintenance as required.
- Facilitating pre-job safety meetings with essential personnel.
- Being accountable for job performance, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Providing training to service technicians as needed.
- Coordinating with company representatives upon arrival at job sites.
- Communicating directives from management to the team.
- Operating tongs and ensuring compliance with torque specifications.
- Adhering to company policies and regulations.
Supervisory Duties
This position manages a team of 2-8 subordinates, directing their overall performance, coordination, and evaluation.

Qualifications
Candidates must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
Education and Experience: An Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations. Capable of writing reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Able to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from groups of managers, clients, and the public.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Proficient in basic algebra and geometry concepts.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and handle various concrete variables in situations with limited standardization. Capable of interpreting a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
