Job Summary

This travel Speech Language Pathologist role is an exciting opportunity to work with patients and contribute to their rehabilitation journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients' communication and swallowing abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' goals and objectives
  • Provide direct patient care services, including therapy sessions and home visits
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • NPI NUMBER, State License-Speech Therapist-California, CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
