Job Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at LifeBridge Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Director of Nursing. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet the needs of our residents.

You will be responsible for attending to the daily operations of the unit, assuming leadership roles as needed, and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Requirements:
  • Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college)
  • Less than one year experience
  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing (diploma)
  • License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification

You will also be required to possess basic computer skills and proficiency in using various medical equipment, including Synquest, IV Pump, Phillips Monitoring System, Accucheck, and EKG Machine.
