Job Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with LifeBridge Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients. Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, you will utilize your skills and knowledge to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Assist with daily operations of the unit, including maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring that all necessary equipment is functioning properly.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of each patient.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest nursing practices and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current LPN license.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical records.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
