Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and friendly individual to join our team as a customer service representative at our indoor play center. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising children during playtime, assisting with birthday party bookings, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise children during playtime and ensure their safety

• Assist with birthday party bookings and host parties

• Maintain a clean and sanitized facility

• Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekdays and weekends

• Must be able to work flexible shift timings

• Must have a pleasant personality and be kids-friendly

• Bilingual skills are a plus

• Previous experience in customer service or tele marketing is a plus
