About You:
A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Special Education, or a related human services field is required. A minimum of two years of experience in applying the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is essential. Proven experience in executing positive behavior support strategies and imparting new skills is necessary. You should have experience working with youth aged 21 and under who face significant emotional and behavioral challenges or Autism. Strong organizational skills, excellent written and interpersonal communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit are crucial. A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required for providing in-home behavioral support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments and learning needs evaluations in family settings.
- Support the design of positive behavior support and skill acquisition plans tailored to individual behavioral objectives.
- Implement, model, and track the progress of personalized plans based on data analysis under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collaborate effectively with team members focused on youth.
- Assist in training parents and caregivers in the application of plans with children and families, emphasizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Our workforce includes psychiatrists, social workers, clinicians, nurses, behavior specialists, peer specialists, board-certified behavior analysts, direct service staff, and employment specialists.
