We are seeking a highly experienced administrative professional to join our team at Pyramid Consulting, Inc.
As an Administrative Assistant V, you will be responsible for supervising general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
This is a contract opportunity with long-term potential located in Baltimore, MD (Hybrid) with a pay range of $30 - $35/hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing General Office Duties: Supervise the ordering of supplies, maintenance of records management systems, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Reviewing Documents: Review and approve invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
- Managing Records: Review and approve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Analyzing Submissions: Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- Preparing Meetings: Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Event Planning: Excellent event planning skills with experience in budgeting, bookkeeping, invoicing, and report creation.
- Leadership Experience: 10+ years of leadership experience required.
- Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Independence: Expert ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively.
- Confidentiality: Expert ability to keep information organized and confidential.
- Technology Proficiency: Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
