Administrative Professional

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to manage our office operations in Baltimore and perform a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, ability to travel arrangement, and understanding of software platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee clerical tasks such as document processing, scheduling, report preparation, and travel arrangements for the team.
- Manage office supplies and equipment procurement, maintenance, and repair.
- Develop processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective office operations.
- Plan and coordinate office meetings and events, including meeting rooms, meals, and other reservations.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform complex tasks following established procedures.
- Work with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Travel arrangement experience for multiple colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is around $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. This hybrid role comes with a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
