About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Professional V to join our team. This is a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential located in Baltimore, MD (Hybrid). The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise general office duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining records management systems.
  • Review and approve invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
  • Review and approve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
Requirements and Technology Experience
  • 10+ years of experience required.
  • Experience working with executives required.
  • Expert ability to work independently and manage one's time.
  • Expert ability to keep information organized and confidential.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $32/hour. Employee benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
