The Strategic Division supports high-reliability organizations, including Navy Strategic Systems Programs, Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy. Our support encompasses important services, such as data analytics, threat analysis, risk management, and program management.

The Surety Programs Group supports government and private sector management of complex safety, security, and reliability programs for high-consequence operations. We deliver industry-leading services, including data analytics, threat analysis, risk management, and program management, to help our clients understand and mitigate mission risks.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will provide expert risk management support to the US Navy's Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) Nuclear Weapons Surety (NWS) Acquisition and Operations Branch. Responsibilities include risk, issue, and opportunity management processing, coordination with other risk managers, identification of risks and opportunities, and development of mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of risk management experience
  • DoD TOP SECRET clearance or ability to obtain and maintain clearance

Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in relevant field
  • Background in NWS systems and processes
  • Certification in risk management
  • Program management experience
