About the Role

Axia Women's Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Service Representative to join our team. As a Patient Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical offices, providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and medical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Activate patient files, collect and record copays, and perform registration functions for new and existing patients.
  • Schedule patient appointments, finalize patient schedules, and maintain accurate records.
  • Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines, as well as confidentiality policies through HIPAA compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of our medical offices.
Requirements
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a medical office setting or customer service role.
