Job Summary:

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in a homecare setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify potential nursing diagnoses and develop targeted interventions.
  • Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions to achieve desired patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license for the state in which you practice.
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior LPN experience preferred.

Skills:
  • Pediatric care.
  • G-tube management.
  • Tracheostomy care.

Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday.
  • Full-time or part-time.
  • 7:00am-5:00pm.
