Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Coordinator to join our team at Advanced Veterinary Specialists. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for our patients and their owners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and provide a warm and welcoming experience
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and prepare clients for their visit
  • Help coordinate workflow between clients and the clinical team
  • Compile veterinary medical charts
  • Enter client and patient data into our hospital information system
  • Collect payments and perform other administrative duties

Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary hospital setting
  • 1+ years of hospitality or receptionist experience
  • Competent computer skills, including data entry into medical records
  • Effective working knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Type 45+ wpm and use a 10-key calculator
