Job Title: Account Representative Authorized Dealer of AT&T

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at New Age Marketing Inc. As an Account Representative Authorized Dealer of AT&T, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct customers to the wireless display counter and provide product information and demonstrations.
  • Process sales transactions, create or update customer profile records, and manage inventory levels.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and receiving customers in a welcoming manner, answering their questions, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Keep customers informed about preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
  • Meet and exceed department sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Actively seek out customers in-store and suggest ways to improve sales.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Track record of over-achieving sales quota.
  • Hands-on experience with POS transactions.
  • Familiarity with inventory procedures.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts.
  • High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus.
