Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Supervise and coordinate the installation and maintenance of elevators and escalators, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of technicians and mechanics, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service and quality.
  • Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our technicians and mechanics, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. engineering, business) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in installation and maintenance of elevators and escalators; minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment; strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to interpret customer concerns and mobilize internal resources to meet customer needs.
