Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our hospitality account team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, driving revenue growth, and managing large P&L with high revenue targets and right margin. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet $40M FY20 and $60M FY21 revenue targets
  • Maintain customer satisfaction above 95%

Requirements:
  • 17+ years total IT experience
  • 5+ years Travel or Hospitality industry domain experience
  • 5+ years Account manager/Client Partner experience
  • Managed large accounts ($40M+) for Sales and Delivery


Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
