Ivyhill Technologies LLC is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join its team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support.


About the Job


This is an onsite employment opportunity with potential for teleworking based on customer approval. You will be responsible for coordinating healthcare appointments for primary care and specialty care medical services via incoming and outgoing phone calls.


Key Responsibilities



  • Schedule Appointments: Utilize the AVAYA automated Call Distribution (ACD) system to receive phone calls for appointment-related requests. Accurately and courteously schedule medical appointments, validating and documenting patient eligibility for services.
  • Provide Superior Customer Service: Ensure all interactions are professional, courteous, and respectful. Address patient concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Data Entry and Management: Perform accurate data entry with strong attention to detail. Maintain up-to-date records and files as required.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with Referral Management Reviewers to ensure proper scheduling of referrals. Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you must have:



  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of six months' experience in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Familiarity with DOD, Federal, State, non-profit healthcare systems, and other related organizations.
  • Ability to perform accurate data entry and maintain records.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and the Internet.
  • Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Ivyhill offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and AD&D insurance; short- and long-term disability; and a 401(k) plan.
