Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to support our Managing Partner in a law firm setting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a business office setting, with a strong background in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage case progress and track deadlines to ensure timely completion
Communicate with clients and take the lead on intake responsibilities
Draft form documents and review/proofread all documents for accuracy
Maintain client files and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a business office setting
Advanced experience in MS Word, basic experience in MS Excel, and intermediate experience in MS Outlook
Experience with Document Management Systems
Great accuracy and attention to detail
