Position Overview:

The role involves providing assistance to clients by managing their inquiries and support cases.

Responsibilities include addressing email communications from case managers concerning reimbursement queries.

Reviewing primary files to identify previously addressed cases, referencing case numbers and checks as necessary.

Engaging directly with customers to initiate new cases and set up accounts for reimbursement purposes.

Candidates should possess strong customer service capabilities, proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

This position requires agents to work in a hybrid model, with in-office attendance on designated days and remote work on others.

This is a contract role with the possibility of extension.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Hybrid arrangement

In-office Tuesday to Thursday

Remote work on Monday and Friday

30-minute unpaid lunch break

Two shifts available for this role:

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST

8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST

Qualifications:

Minimum of one year experience in customer service and order processing.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including simple V-lookups for matching catalog items to company SKUs.

Proficient computer and typing skills.

Experience with Outlook for email communication.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in high-volume customer service environments.

Essential Soft Skills:

Empathy and understanding.

Ability to collaborate effectively within a team as well as work independently.

Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving situations.

Attention to detail.

Friendly and approachable demeanor.
