Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team at Next Insurance. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Set up new Workers' Compensation and Disability policies
  • Utilize multiple computer software applications to manage customer information and policies
  • Provide accurate and timely documentation to state and federal insurance agencies
  • Stay up-to-date on changes to insurance products and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment
  • Detail-oriented and high level of accuracy
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workflow
