KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and oversee the organization of the Firm's comprehensive records systems.

Safeguard documents with significant historical or compliance importance.

Facilitate the destruction of specific records upon request and as necessary.

Conduct records reception, classification, filing/storage, retrieval, and disposal processes.

Support the provision of secure storage and protection for archival records of historical significance.

Digitize documents, extract and index information from records; verify and review recorded documents as required.

Execute a range of general administrative support tasks such as filing, responding to phone inquiries, composing correspondence, managing mail distribution, and reproducing various documents.

Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Records Department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

A minimum of two years of experience in a records management role.

Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet essential deadlines.

Effectively contribute to team objectives and initiatives.

Ability to collaborate with diverse individuals at various organizational levels.

Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) along with strong organizational abilities.

Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Capacity to quickly acquire new skills and manage multiple responsibilities.

Commitment to customer service and a positive attitude.

Compensation range: $40,000 - $55,000 annually.
