Job Summary

The Territory Account Manager is a key role at Tactile Medical, responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in an assigned territory. This position requires a strong understanding of the medical device industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate customers on the benefits and features of Tactile Medical's products, including the Flexitouch System.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, including training, reimbursement, and complaint resolution.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience (4 years).
  • 3+ years of outside/inside sales experience, or 1+ years of medical sales experience, or 4+ years of patient-facing clinical experience, or 2+ years of Tactile Medical patient-facing or sales support work experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include healthcare sales experience with clinicians, clinical experience working directly with lymphedema patients, and demonstrated success selling Tactile Medical products.
Benefits
  • Starting salary range: $58,500 - $75,600.
  • Exempt-sales position eligible for sales incentive plan.
  • Total compensation package includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, retirement benefits, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, parental leave, family medical leave, volunteer time off, and additional leave programs.
