POSITION OVERVIEW
The Territory Sales Specialist is a field-oriented role focused on driving sales of our products within a designated area. This position entails acquiring new accounts while enhancing distribution and sales volume in existing accounts. Responsibilities include securing new distribution channels, optimizing shelf space, and managing cold storage solutions. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and the ability to cultivate robust business relationships with a positive and competitive mindset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee assigned sales territories.
- Engage in special projects as needed.
- Introduce products to new accounts while adhering to merchandising standards.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships within the assigned region, leveraging these connections to maximize merchandising effectiveness.
- Ensure a strong merchandising presence by maintaining adequate stock levels and optimizing existing distribution points.
- Drive sales growth by securing new distribution opportunities, shelf placements, cold box locations, displays, racks, and cold storage equipment.
- Uphold the professional image of our brands by ensuring cold equipment is clean and operational.
- Organize backstock efficiently.
- Communicate challenges, requirements, and achievements with your direct supervisor.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks through CRM systems.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED.
Must be at least 21 years of age or meet the minimum legal age requirements in your state.
Possession of a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record is required.
Ability to lift products weighing between 25 lbs. and 50 lbs. regularly.
This role necessitates a clean driving record and the ability to authorize the retrieval of your Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) upon acceptance of a job offer. Candidates must be DOT compliant or achieve DOT compliance prior to commencing work.
