Mental Health Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Staff to join our team at Lakes Region Mental Health Center. As a Support Staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our patients and staff.
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to our healthcare team, including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Assist with patient intake and registration processes.
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a mental health or medical office environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
