Job Summary

The Lakes Region Mental Health Center is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our ACT Team. As an ACT Clinician, you will provide community-based psychosocial rehabilitation services to individuals with severe mental illness. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, coordinate, and provide therapeutic, rehabilitative, support, and community integration services to help individuals achieve independence and full integration into their community.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide community-based psychosocial rehabilitation services to individuals with severe mental illness
- Plan, coordinate, and provide therapeutic, rehabilitative, support, and community integration services
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team
- Demonstrate excellent clinical judgment, decision making, and safety consciousness

Qualifications

- Master's Degree in psychology, social work, psychosocial rehabilitation, or related human services field
- 2 years' experience in community-based psychosocial rehabilitation treatment or Case Management Services
- Valid driver's license
