Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of radiologic procedures, including general diagnostic, fluoroscopy, and specialized exams.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient care.
- Position patients and select exposure factors for radiologic examinations, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Process and label images, compare requisitions to physician orders, and enter patient information into the radiology information system.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other staff members to provide high-quality patient care.
- Radiographer license issued by the state of Wisconsin.
- Registered Technologist (RT) registration issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).
- 2 years of experience in a Radiologic Technologist role.
- Advanced knowledge of radiology positioning and techniques, aseptic techniques, and C-arm procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient service skills.
