As an Area Reservations Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping guest experiences and driving business success. This position is based at the Mission Bay Resort and involves supporting our three premier properties.
Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming reservation sales inquiries for our properties, ensuring a seamless experience for potential guests.
- Address customer inquiries with a focus on identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Accurately input reservation and guest information into the Property Management System.
- Promote seasonal offerings and current deals to enhance guest engagement.
- Prioritize candidates with prior experience in reservations sales.
