Knightsbridge Restaurant Group, renowned for its exceptional dining establishments, is in search of a Wine Director to oversee the wine program across its prestigious restaurants. Our culinary concepts are crafted by award-winning chefs, providing a unique and sophisticated dining experience.
We seek a dynamic, passionate, and knowledgeable Wine Director who possesses a strong commitment to hospitality. While your primary focus will be on managing wine selections and collaborating with our restaurant wine teams, you will also be expected to assist with operational tasks as needed.

The Wine Director will take charge of developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive Beverage program. This includes curating wine selections, designing and managing the wine menu, facilitating staff education and training related to wine, and overseeing wine inventory management.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep appreciation for wine, food, and service excellence. Additionally, the Wine Director will play a vital role in supporting floor service and daily management operations.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience in a similar capacity.
