At First Batch, we're seeking a skilled Wine Educator to join our team. As a Wine Educator, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pour wines for tasting and assist guests with retail wine purchases
  • Conduct winery tours and curated wine tastings, showcasing our expertise and passion for wine
  • Label wine bottles and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the winery
  • Address guest concerns promptly and positively, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences

Requirements:
  • Expert understanding of District Winery wines, history, and operations
  • Ability to stay up-to-date on all current wines and experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
